As we start our 50th year, we are pleased to announce the beginning of a new relationship with the Tiffen Company, to manufacture, market, & distribute Lowel equipment.

Many of our customers may already be familiar with Tiffen filters, as well as the other brands in the Tiffen Company. In fact, Tiffen has an even longer history in the professional imaging industry than ours. We look forward to growing and prospering together for the next 50 years.

TIFFEN® SIGNS AGREEMENTWITH LOWEL® TIFFEN TO EXCLUSIVELY MANUFACTURE, DISTRIBUTE AND MARKET ALL LOWEL LIGHTING PRODUCTS WORLDWIDE

Hauppauge, NY, January 15, 2009 - The Tiffen Company and Lowel-Light Manufacturing, Inc. today announced that Tiffen has entered into an agreement to assume manufacturing as well as the worldwide distribution and marketing of all Lowel products.

"This agreement between Tiffen and Lowel is a perfect fit", said Steven Tiffen, President and CEO of The Tiffen Company. "The broad range of lighting products Lowel offers, complements our name brand photographic accessory lines, and our distribution channels reach the same markets. We are both very excited about this expansion and the opportunities it presents us with now and in the future.
