of soft light. If you need to make something look good in a hurry, nothing
beats 60 second setup and beautiful output of the Lowel Rifa-lite family,
featuring the newly introduced "Baby Rifa 44.
Designed for use with todays more compact, more light sensitive digital cameras & filmstocks, the Rifa 44 is a 16" square tungsten/halogen soft source that can fit into the smaller light kits that todays solo shooter typically carries. The self-contained Rifa sets up in 60 seconds or less thanks to a simple design concept as old as the umbrella. Rifa-lite 44 features a versatile socket that allows a wide range of lamps to be used from 50 - 300 Watts Max. with quick change AC power cords to convert from conventional 120V use, to 12/14, or 30V DC battery, or 230V AC. In addition, a series of light control accessories will be available. Its ultra compact size allows it to fit into many of Lowel's existing compact location light kits. In addition, there will be a selection of new kits featuring the Rifa 44. And don't forget the other 3 members of the Rifa-lite family, with maximum wattages of 500, 750 & 1,000W.
